Role Overview
Frattalone Companies is looking for a driven Project Manager to oversee Earthwork, Utility, and Demolition projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion, focusing on client satisfaction, safety, timeliness, and budget adherence. This role involves managing project financials, schedules, progress monitoring, compliance, and coordination with clients, field leaders, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Responsibilities
- Fully understand the project scope, documents, estimates, and all related project information to ensure overall project success.
- Gather and organize comprehensive project details to lead effective project handoff meetings as well as to communicate with the field team throughout the project.
- Review and assist in negotiating contract terms, finalize subcontractor contracts, material agreements, and ensure timely distribution by the Contract Administrator.
- Solicit, evaluate, and finalize subcontractor and material quotations, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure proper sequencing of work.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with customer satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns that arise.
- Create, manage, and update project budgets throughout the project, and monitor financial progress, including tracking field progress, production rates, material quantities, and subcontractor work against the project budget.
- Track and manage change orders, ensuring timely and accurate submission of requests, while maintaining comprehensive records of pending changes and client documentation.
- Manage overall project financials and communicate performance through monthly cost projections, Project Review meetings and Post-Project Review meetings
- Coordinate project compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements, including permitting, SWPPP, utility locating, EEO/DBE regulations, and any project-specific compliance obligations, maintaining accurate documentation and reporting as needed.
- Maintain consistent communication with the field team, keeping the Superintendent and General Superintendent informed of project status to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience/training; or equivalent combination of experience, training and education
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with our team, clients, subcontractors and vendors
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Proficient computer skills in project financials, progress tracking/scheduling, and estimating/takeoffs. Preferred experience with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, HCSS (HeavyBid/HeavyJob), and Viewpoint Vista
