Curtis started with Frattalone Companies in June 2018 as an Operator. He is the first ‘non- family’ 3rd generation employee at Frattalone Companies. His grandfather, Art Munger, retired in 1990 and sadly passed away last month. Curt recalls some of the phrases his grandfather used, “15 minutes early means you’re already 45 minutes late.” and “Run, don’t walk.” Curtis worked side jobs with Art when he was young. “He always told me I could run a dozer and now I am. Frattalone Companies was family to him,” says Curtis. Art and Mary rarely missed a company function.

- Where are you from and where do you live now? I am from St. Paul and currently live in White Bear.
- If you could live anywhere, where would it be? Montana
- First job? Bait shop, picking rocks in a field and mowing lawns.
- What is the favorite part of your job? My co-workers.
- If I had a day off I would… Spend it with my two kids. I built a trail groomer for snowshoeing and cross country skiing on the lake I live on.
- Next vacation? I would love to explore the east coast of the United States.
- Hobbies? Motorcycling, camping, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, and dirt-biking.
- First thing on your bucket list? Travel more!
