Viking Lakes Development

Frattalone was selected as the civil site contractor for Viking Lakes, the Minnesota Vikings new offices and training facility in Eagan, MN. The team was awarded more than 10 bid packages for the entire 200-acres site. Work included 775,000 CY of mass grading, 600,000 SF of demolition, structure excavation/backfill, site utilities and improvements for the Vikings Twin Cities Orthopedic Performance Center and two adjacent medical office buildings. 

In addition, under a separate prime contract with the City of Eagan, the Frattalone team also constructed Vikings Parkway, which included roundabouts, utilities, irrigation and landscaping.
