American Engineering Testing Parking Lot

Continued growth and expansion at American Engineering Testing (AET) created a strain on parking, access and curb appeal at their urban-industrial headquarters in St. Paul. Work on the project included the demolition of an old maintenance shop, site grading, utilities, parking lot construction, electrical and exterior lighting, and landscaping. Working closely with AET’s leadership team and consultants, Frattalone helped AET develop and construct a 22,100 CF stormwater infiltration system that reduced the original project cost by approximately 11%. By reusing shredded tires, we created a system that met the required void space to allow stormwater to filter through it while still structurally supporting the new parking lot above it.
