Benson High School Alterations

When Benson High School was ready to add a new auditorium, the Frattalone team was hired to perform demolition. Completed in multiple phases, the first phase of the project included selective demolition and a separation of the existing auditorium originally constructed in 1928. Phase 2 included the selective demolition and separation of the classroom additions built in 1928 and 1948. All work was closely coordinated with the school and the construction manager to minimize impact and disruption to daily school operations.
