Settlers Ridge East

Settlers East is a redevelopment of an existing 85-acre aggregate mine and processing facility located on the East side of Woodbury. Mining operations at the site began in the mid-1960’s and continued until around 2015 when operations ceased. Mobilization of crews and equipment began in the spring of 2022. Frattalone’s scope of work includes site clearing and grubbing, 1,750,000 CY of excavation and mass grading (including geotechnical and environmental corrections), new utility installation, construction of private and public streets, as well as final landscaping and restoration.
