Clarkfield School

Frattalone was contracted by Yellow Medicine County to demolish the former high school in Clarkfield, MN. The school was closed in 2008 and later sold to a private party who later abandoned it, requiring the County and city to demolish the tax-forfeited property.

The project scope of work included separation of the gymnasium for a potential future user, but was later demolished when that agreement fell through. All concrete was crushed by the County for roadway aggregate and the site was restored to open space until a future use was determined.
