Costco St. Louis Park Retail Store

When the Costco in St. Louis Park wanted to improve traffic flow and add more space for customer parking, they turned to Frattalone. Retaining walls were installed, drive lanes were modified, and an underground 139,793 CF capacity stormwater management system was added to an adjacent on-site pond. Pond work necessitated 3,200 CY of muck to be removed. In addition, 1,180 CY of sand fill, 2,505 CY of sand filter material, and 9,812 tons of 1.5” clean crushed rock were incorporated into the project. The team also installed 2,400 LF of drain tile and 666 infiltration chambers.
