Ray joined the Frattalone team as Utility Laborer in April of 2021. Originally from Colotlan Jalisco, Mexico, Ray is not a fan of Minnesota winters. Since 1984, Ray has been traveling between Mexico and Minnesota, living in Lakeville during the construction season and in Mexico in during the slower winter months. When he’s back in Mexico, Ray and his wife own and operate a clothing store.
Together, Ray and his wife, Ma, have two sons, Erick and Reymundo. They love to ocean fish for tuna and dorado (Mahi-mahi) in Mexico. He is planning to, someday, take his family to Disney World.
Ray’s favorite thing about working in construction are the people. “At the end of the work day, the superintendents always say thank you for your hard work. I go home feeling good and ready for the next day. They really care about us and our families. We are trained well and our work is appreciated. I’m proud to be surrounded by good people everyday,” exclaims Ray.
And we’re equally as proud to have you on our team!
