Eagan Redevelopment
Located in Eagan’s busy Central Commons area, the Eagan redevelopment project brought a new Whole Foods Market to Eagan. Completed in two-phases, the project began with the demolition of an existing two-story office building followed by the earthwork and utilities for a new full-service Associated Bank branch building. Following completion of the new bank building, Phase II began with the demolition of the existing Associated Bank building, followed by earthwork and utilities for the new Whole Foods Market.
