Project Belle

As the pandemic continued and customer needs shifted, one of the five largest companies in the U.S. was quick to respond to customer demand. In partnership with Ryan Companies, Frattalone helped bring the growing firm a new 517,000 SF distribution center. Work for the new facility included excavation, 700,000 CY of grading, demolition and utilities. Demolition took place to remove a small house located on the site. Earthwork followed, which included the construction of clay lined stormwater ponds, infiltration basins with imported infiltration media soil and soil corrections within the infiltration ponds. Utility work totaled 29,675 LF, including a 11,475 LF expansion of the storm sewer.
