With speed-to-market a major concern for this high-profile confidential client, Ryan Companies partnered with Frattalone to provide civil site construction services. Located on a 65-acre site in Shakopee, MN, work included 330,000 CY of mass grading, 40,000 CY of rock excavation, 38,000 LF of site utilities, 40,000 CY of rock excavation and 122,000 tons of aggregate base. With the success of the project hinging on the schedule, the Frattalone team delivered the building pad in less than one month, and site work was substantially complete in just 3 months. Today the 855,000 SF fulfillment center provides jobs for more than 1,500 Minnesotans.
